Now, Jake tries to talk to his Di
Then, he listens to what she has to say again...
"My Di has GOT to be the funniest lady I know!!!"

YAY FOR SOY FORMULA!!!!

Well, at 11:30 Friday night, I finally gave into the advice of most people I have talked to and decided to get Casey to go buy some soy formula for Jake. And, yes, I must say that Casey has been wanting to try soy all along...Anyways, after now being on soy formula for a little over 24 hours, Jakey is the happiest he has ever been. He was always a good baby, but now he can be a very happy little guy too! We practically slept through the night last night (ofcourse THAT was at our grandparents house), and we even enjoy our "awake" time alot more now too!

Jake's New Friend

Jake's friend John Sullivan came over tonight to meet him for the first time. John was born December 31st...One day before Jacob.

Now, they both seem to be excited about the whole photo shoot idea!
Arent they precious?! Can you believe that John is actually a day OLDER than Jake?!

At this point, they both agreed that this photo shoot needed to come to an end!
But, not before a little tummy time together, up close and personal!
We are so glad that Mel and Peter brought John over so that he and Jacob could meet each other. He is absolutely adorable! We cant wait to see you all again!!

Jacob's First Valentines Day

Here is Jacob on his First Valentine's Day in the outfit that Uncle Bryan gave him. Yes, the only way he wanted to cooperate for todays pictures was in his Car Seat...So, we did what works! HAHA. Happy Valentine's Day Everyone!!

Okay, we noticed that Jacob really likes to lay back on the ottoman to our glider-rocker in the living room...

So, I decided to take a cushion off of a chair in our living room, and lay it on the floor to see if he would be happy laying on that, since we dont like to lay in our swing or bouncy seat for longer than a few minutes....and...
What Do ya know?!! Jake is so happy with his new place to lay, he smiled for the picture!!!

"Big Boy Baby Bed!"

This is a picture of Jacob taking his first nap in his Big Boy Baby Bed! We are slowly going to try to start progressing from the bassinnette in Mommy and Daddy's room to the Big Boy bed in Jake's room! And, Di, notice the outfit we have on today!!

FEBRUARY! Jacob is one month old!
