Jake's First Haircut

Well, today, Jacob said his name for the first time...loud and clear! And, ofcourse, Mommy did not cry when he sat up, crawled, or started walking...I did not even cry at his Birthday...but today for some reason, hearing him say his name struck a cord...and I was crying like a baby. I guess I realized that he is really growing up so quickly right before our eyes! I did tell Di, however that even though our baby is not a baby anymore...I still do not want another one for a good while!
Jacob was less than thrilled about getting his hair cut...but we were able to get him to sit with Daddy to get a little cut around his ears...

This was AFTER he threw a HUGE fit everytime Daniel tried to cut his hair...

Jacob Turns 1 Year Old!!!

Our baby boy is 1 Year old! We cannot believe how quickly the past year has flown by! Jacob is now 25 pounds and 13 ounces. He is 29 inches long. He is walking and playing just like the funloving little boy that he is! The Birthday Boy!!

Well, I know that we have been bad about updating our blogspot, but with the craziness of living in an apartment and not having a camera, it has been difficult to do so...but, good news!!! We got a camera today! So, we have had so much fun taking pictures of Jacob this evening. We also have pictures of Jake's 1st Birthday Party that we will be posting, but I have to get the memory card from Jake's Di and then I can post.
